NEW ORLEANS — Industry Summit organizers announced that American Financial & Automotive Services’ vice president of training, Ritch Wheeler, will lead this year’s event as master of ceremonies. Industry Summit 2019 will be held Nov. 4–6 in New Orleans.

“Ritch has all the essential qualities of an Industry Summit emcee — industry experience, a winning attitude, and, most importantly, energy,” said David Gesualdo, show chair and head of Bobit Business Media’s Dealer Group. “It’s a demanding job and we appreciate Ritch for stepping up and taking it.”

Wheeler has spent the past 25 years in the car business, establishing himself as a leader in multiple dealership roles, including salesperson, finance director, sales manager, and general sales manager.

“I’m excited to be part of this year’s Summit. What a great venue for focusing on F&I and sales,” said Wheeler. “This year has an incredible lineup of speakers, and I’m really looking forward to hearing them talk about how we position ourselves for the future of our industry.”
