SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Fidelis PPM announced today that its revenue- and retention-building prepaid maintenance software is now certified in the Reynolds Certified Interface (RCI) program.

The RCI certification, officials said, will help ensure the safe, secure, and reliable transfer of data between Fidelis PPM’s prepaid maintenance software and the Reynolds and Reynolds ERA dealership management system. This is the first time a pre-paid maintenance program has achieved certification by Reynolds and Reynolds, and be recognized as an RCI product, according to Fidelis.

This certification, officials add, will also boost efficiency at the dealership, as personnel will no longer need to re-key or enter information into both the Fidelis system and the Reynolds DMS.

“Fidelis PPM is the authority in helping dealers retain customers through process-driven prepaid preventive maintenance retention programs,” said Ryan Williams, Fidelis PPM president. “With the advantages of certification in the Reynolds Certified Interface Program, dealership personnel using Fidelis PPM’s retention and service revenue program can now work even more efficiently and conveniently, and more easily measure results.”

According to Fidelis, dealership personnel using Fidelis PPM technologies can expect improved customer service, financial gain and staff productivity due to the certification.
