ADG Promotes Hahn, Kelly to Training Director

ADG has named Dan Hahn as director of training for fixed operations and David Kelly as director of training for variable operations.

MINNEAPOLIS — Automotive Development Group (ADG) announced the promotions of Dan Hahn to director of training for fixed operations and David Kelly to director of training for variable operations.

Hahn will be responsible for designing and overseeing the content and delivery methods of fixed operations training for ADG’s inside and outside training programs. The 25-year industry veteran joined the company as a fixed operations trainer 2014 and was instrumental in positioning ADG as an industry leader in training and income development for automotive dealerships, according to the company.

Kelly previously served as one of the company’s regional training directors, a role in which he cultivated long-term relationships with dealers, finance sources and agents throughout his four-year term. He has more than 30 years of experience in sales, sales management and training. He will oversee all variable training operations which will include developing and delivering training curriculum for both dealer clients and internal customers, according to ADG.
