Virtual F&I, a new platform designed to enhance the digital car-buying experience, allows customers to configure their deals how they want to—online, in-store or both—and continue the process in the showroom or from home.

In addition to helping dealers sell more cars and finance-and-insurance products, it said it's championing simple car-buying that's transparent and enjoyable.

Virtual F&I said it's not just another automotive software vendor but a "group of passionate individuals with decades of automotive and technology experience who have come together with a singular vision: to transform how people buy cars."

Instead of hours spent at dealerships with unclear pricing and high-pressure sale, the platform is meant to help managers enjoy family time while its software-as-a-service connects consumers with F&I experts at their convenience.

Virtual F&I uses proprietary technology to streamline and enhance the F&I process, delivering a more efficient and engaging experience for customers while maximizing dealership profitability. It offers a video-conferencing platform designed for seamless interaction between remote F&I managers and customers. It also provides a centralized office of virtual F&I managers who can engage with dealership customers via video and chat while mirroring their application screen for real-time updates to documents and options for faster deal closes, appointments management and increased sales in the showroom or virtually.

For round-the-clock access to F&I information and seamless support, its artificial-intelligence virtual assistant contains a language model for human-like interactions. The virtual assistant enables customers to explore different levels of F&I coverage, providing guidance and clarification on essential paperwork and documentation throughout the process.

The F&l process often causes frustration due to excessive paperwork, redundant data entry, and lengthy explanations. Customers are often unable to choose how they’d like to facilitate the deal and are forced to follow the rigid structure of traditional F&l. Virtual F&l is intended to simplify and improve those processes, giving dealers and customers ultimate flexibility, from couch to car.
