SUNNYVALE, Calif. — ResponseLogix Inc. and Dominion Dealer Solutions announced a partnership that will provide auto dealers using both companies’ services with integrated functionality.

“This partnership between Dominion Dealer Solutions and ResponseLogix reflects our shared commitment to creating a highly efficient Internet lead sales process for our common dealer customers,” said Tom Mohr, president and CEO of ResponseLogix. “The enhanced feature set improves the sales process between dealer sales reps and consumers, but just as important is the added ease-of-use functionality to manage across ResponseLogix and Dominion Dealer Solutions.

“Dealers need the technologies they depend on to work well together; this is a big step in that direction,” he added.

Key features include a comprehensive view of lead history within the Dominion Dealer Solutions’ CRM, synchronized customer status updates, automatic pause of SmartFollow emails after a vehicle is sold and automated updates to round robin lead assignment and additions to the sales team.

 “We want to serve our dealers with the best solutions possible. This partnership enables us to deliver dealers a simpler, more streamlined experience, which in turn helps them gain a strong competitive advantage in the market,” said Bryan Anderson, general product manager for Dominion Dealer Solutions.
