INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — iTapMenu and Vehicle Armour Canada revealed this week that the two companies have joined forces to market iTapMenu to car dealerships throughout most of the Canadian provinces. According to the reseller agreement, Vehicle Armour now has exclusive rights to market and resell iTapMenu to Canada dealerships.

The web-based iTapMenu offers a dynamic and interactive iPad presentation. This sales presentation tool draws the car buyer into the decision-making process and offers a variety of features designed to increase F&I product sales.

Commenting on the partnership, Michael Wilson, president of iTapMenu, said: “We are delighted to partner with Vehicle Armour, a first class organization that has provided products, training, and support to automotive dealerships throughout Canada for almost 20 years. For iTapMenu, this is the first venture outside the United States and offers a significant strategic move that will add over 400 new dealerships to the iTapMenu user base.”

Utilizing the iPad, products can be moved in and out of options, terms and rates can be adjusted on the fly, the down payment can be easily increased, and products can be discounted. The customer signs the accept/decline form right on the iPad to complete the transaction.

The iTapMenu also features short informational videos about each product, as well as statistical and other visual information F&I managers can use to sell products. Reporting is built into the software and DMS integration is optional.

“Kiss the static paper brochure and calculator-aided payment number crunching goodbye,” explains Jim De Luca, business development manager for Vehicle Armour. “This is the F&I office unplugged and online.

“The response from dealerships has been overwhelming.”
