Dealertrack Completes Acquisition of Casey & Casey NPS Inc.

Dealertrack Technologies completes its acquisition of Casey & Casey NPS Inc., adding a provider of electronic lien and titling to its Lender Solutions Group.

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. — Dealertrack Technologies completed its acquisition of Casey & Casey NPS Inc. (d/b/a Auto Title Express), a Louisiana-based electronic public license tag agency, and provider of electronic vehicle registration, lien and title services, among other related services. The agreement to acquire Casey & Casey was announced on Feb. 25.

Casey & Casey is now part of Dealertrack’s Lender Solutions Group, a product suite that includes registration and titling, collateral management and digital document solutions. Dealertrack’s registration and titling solutions are being used in states that allow for electronic vehicle registration, including California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.

Dealertrack also supports cross-state vehicle registration in all 50 states through the use of its web-based RegUSA tool, and is a provider of administration and management services of electronic liens in each of the current 18 eligible states.
