NH Gov. OKs Dealer Bill of Rights Amendment

Today, New Hampshire Governor Maggie Hassan signed into law legislation that amends the state's Dealer Bill of Rights. The bill limits OEM-prescribed facility upgrades to every 15 years, among other provisions.
