Attendees left many positive comments about the crowd interaction that was present throughout all the panels of the event.

F&I Think Tank, an all-day event that preceded Dealer Summit took place on May 3 at the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk hotel in Tampa, Fla.

Teasha McMillion of Water Tigress of Florida had a message to female F&I professionals of the future: “You are just as valuable as men. We do things differently, but we all have to do the same job in the end.”

Attendees lined up early to pick up their passes for the event.

Charlie Robinson of Resource Automotive - The Warranty Group kicked off the day with his "Where We Are in the Evolution of F&I Best Practices" presentation.

Attendees would often take out their phones to record or take pictures of the panels throughout the event.

The "Shark Tank" panel was moderated by Bob Harkins. The panelists included (l-r) Gerry Gould, Luis Garcia and Rick McCormick.
