Toyota recalled more than 100,000 Tundras and Lexus over possible engine debris that could lead to stalling.

The 2022 and 2023 models of Tundra and LX600 may contain manufacturing debris causing main bearing failure and resulting engine stalling and drive power loss, according to a notice on the National Highway Safety Administration website.

Toyota was in the process of developing a fix for the problem and planned to send warning letters to owners of the safety risk on July 15, followed by follow-up notices once the company devises a remedy.

More than 102,000 units are effected by the recall. Both brands have V35A engines.
