ATLANTA – Safe-Guard Products International LLC announced the hiring of Bruce Herman as the F&I product provider’s new CFO.
Herman has held various finance positions at various public and private companies, including a 12-year stint with Ford Motor Credit. He also spent 16 years with Ford Motor Co., and three years as treasurer of Hexcel Corp., a $1.2 billion publicly traded manufacturing company.
During the last 12 years, Herman served as CFO/CEO for three start-up ventures and turnaround companies backed by private equity investors.
“Bruce is a strong addition to our executive team,” said Randall Barkowitz, CEO of Safe-Guard Products. “His diverse entrepreneurial and leadership experience will be important as we continue to grow our business.”
EFI 2026 will take place April 13–15 at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas.
