TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Motivated by the success of his Kia dealership in Egg Harbor Township, Roy Greenblatt has acquired a second location in the state, the former Toms River Kia. The store has been renamed Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River.

Greenblatt said he expects his new store to achieve the same success of the original Matt Blatt Kia, currently the highest volume Kia dealer in the state in terms of new-vehicle sales. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“We love the Kia brand and think it is very underserved in the Toms River area,” said Greenblatt. “In addition, we have a great location and a beautiful 19,000-square-foot facility people will be very impressed with when they visit us.”

Together, the two Matt Blatt Kia stores boast more than 400 new Kias in stock at any given time. Greenblatt said he expects to create approximately 25 new jobs at the new location, which officially opened July 15. An official Grand Opening event is being planned, with details to be announced soon.
