Five New Hampshire auto dealerships recently traded hands to a growing group of New England stores.

The Gorham, N.H., dealerships, all named for the nearby city of Berlin close to the Canadian border, changed hands from Alex Gillett to Artem Boguslavskiy in a deal brokered by Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions. Gillett decided to pull out of that market and focus on his dealerships in Maine, Vermont and Wyoming.

The Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and Chevrolet GMC dealerships are the latest transaction Pinnacle has handled for Gillett.

“It’s always an honor to support people like Alex through the next chapter of their business journey,” said Pinnacle founder and CEO Bill Scrivner, who led the deal on behalf of the firm.

Boguslavskiy, who has nine additional stores, has plans to rename his new dealerships. “The Berlin City stores are an important addition to our group of dealerships,” he said.
