“We are honored to be recognized as one of the nation’s best workplaces for 15 consecutive years,” said Colin Brown, president and CEO of JM Family. “Our founder Jim Moran built JM Family on the philosophy that associates are the company’s most important asset, and that principle continues to be the driving force in our success. Two-thirds of the company’s score is based on responses to an anonymous survey sent to 1,664 randomly selected associates in the United States. The remainder is determined by a thorough evaluation of the organization’s overall culture.

JM Family has been on the list every year since first applying in 1999. The privately held company is often recognized for its associate-focused work environment emphasizing work/life balance, outstanding benefits with a comprehensive health and wellness program, and giving back to the communities where its associates live and work.
