Hudson Cook Adds Three Attorneys, Opens New England Offices

Hudson Cook LLP announced the addition attorneys Lori A. Desjardins, Thomas P. Quinn Jr. and Ryan S. Stinneford, as well as the establishment of the firm’s New England offices.

HANOVER, MDHudson Cook LLP announced the addition of three attorneys and the establishment of the firm’s New England offices. Lori A. Desjardins, Thomas P. Quinn Jr. and Ryan S. Stinneford, all formerly with Pierce Atwood LLP, joined the firm’s banking and compliance practice.

“We are really pleased to have these able and experienced lawyers join our practice,” said Tom Hudson, chairman of Hudson Cook. “They provide us with additional geographical reach, add valuable depth to our core practices and bring additional breadth with practice areas that complement ours.”

Desjardins brings experience in bank regulatory compliance, specializing in deposit, credit, non-deposit investment products, cash management products and service agreements. Quinn is experienced with banks and non-depository financial service companies and their compliance with state and federal regulations affecting consumer lending, deposit products and privacy matters.

Stinneford’s experience includes state and federal regulatory compliance and bank regulatory matters. His experience also includes advising clients in all industries on marketing, advertising, privacy and data security issues.
