Expertise in Reinsurance and Participation

DOWC focuses on reinsurance and participation structures, with in-house specialists who bring decades of experience in developing and managing dealer-owned warranty companies and related programs. The company’s work emphasizes regulatory compliance, risk management and tailored solutions for dealers across the United States.

Focus on Education and Transparency

Central to DOWC’s approach are education, flexibility and transparency. The company works directly with dealer principals, controllers and agency partners to clarify participation options and align programs with dealership performance goals. Structures offered include dealer-owned warranty companies, reinsurance programs, Controlled Foreign Corporations and Non-Controlled Foreign Corporations.

Recognition From Dealers

The Dealers’ Choice Awards are determined by dealer votes, reflecting direct feedback from those using the company’s services. Support from DOWC’s agent and administrator partners also contributed to the recognition.

“Our team is honored to be recognized once again in the Reinsurance & Participation category,” said DOWC CEO Michael LaMotta. “This award is a reflection of the trust our dealer partners place in us, the dedication of our team, and our commitment to building flexible, results-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of the market. We’re proud to lead with transparency, innovation, and a passion for helping dealers succeed.”
