SARASOTA, Fla. —Dealers United, a service that leverages the buying power of individual dealerships, is aiming to bring savings and additional business to dealership service departments with its September member deal: Based on the negotiated terms, members of Dealers United will receive a discount on TimeHighway’s Online and Internal service scheduling package.

“In addition to having one of the most robust online scheduling tools in the industry, they understand consumer’s needs and use that knowledge to increase service revenue in every bay,” said Matt Buchanan, co-Founder of Dealers United.

The TimeHighway package will include online scheduling for customers, reminder notifications, access to their service history, a repair website that shows customers pictures of their needed repair, and customized upsell messages, among other items.

“Today consumers can schedule almost anything online, from dinner reservations to airline tickets, why not bring that type of solution to automotive service and repairs?” said Karen Dillon, president of TimeHighway. “With our service tools, Dealers United members will be able to reach out to the elusive online shopper and let them schedule their appointment online, at a time that works for them.”
