GENESEE COUNTY, Mich. — The president of Church & Sons Auto Sales is facing 14 felony charges after he allegedly submitted falsified vehicle inspection forms to a Genesee County Secretary of State Office, WNEM.com reports.
Barry Church admitted to signing the forms as a police officer. The dealer had purchased salvaged vehicles that were unfit to drive on the road unless they passed an inspection by a police officer.
