TRENTON, N.J. — The operator of Pinky N Brain Corp. NJ, doing business as D&D Auto Sales, was charged on Dec. 20 with using fraudulent vehicle titles to sell cars damaged in superstorm Sandy. Two employees and a state Motor Vehicle Commission technician have already been charged in relation to the crime, reports Mycentraljersey.com.

Authorities said operator Jonathan Olin and others acquired eight vehicles at auction that were specified “for parts only,” as they had suffered flood damage. Instead, the defendants had fraudulent “clean” titles issued for the vehicles and sold seven of them to customers.
