LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — Black Book (div. of Hearst) announced that its valuation data and specialty vehicle insights are integrated with CDK Global’s Lightspeed EVO CRM and DMS solution.

Lightspeed EVO is an integrated dealer management solution designed to help dealers find and keep customers, streamline operations, and grow profitability. The integration of Black Book’s data is expected to help Lightspeed EVO users realize stronger profit potential with a more precise valuation process for trade-in motorcycle and powersports vehicles.

“We are excited to partner with Black Book to offer enhanced valuation data through our Lightspeed EVO platform,” said Kris Denos, vice president and regional manager of recreation and heavy equipment at CDK Global. “In addition to being a highly effective resource with the industry’s most precise valuations, with Black Book, our dealer customers will accelerate profit potential and grow strong relationships with customers through a less adversarial environment during the trade-in process.”

Jared Kalfus, executive vice president of revenue at Black Book, added: “A best-in-class powersports dealer management solution that combines technology such as Lightspeed EVO and the most precise vehicle values and insights from Black Book will foster a more productive dialogue for dealers and their customers. This combination will create a truly win-win scenario for both customers and powersports dealers leading to a higher level of trust, which ultimately will drive even more value for the Lightspeed EVO platform.”
