PORTLAND, Ore. — Inventory-tracking and audit solutions provider AutoMap announced it has expanded to Europe, opening an office in London, its first in the United Kingdom.

“Our AutoMap solution has been wildly successful in the U.S., and we’re pleased to now offer the same solution to our European colleagues,” said Mark Sargeant, the company’s vice president of logistics and business development. “Establishing an office in London was the next meaningful step in making our award-winning locator technology available to other markets.”

AutoMap’s flagship solution was designed to allow dealership staff to search inventory by VIN, stock number, or model with a desktop computer or smartphone. Auto finance sources use AutoMap to execute faster and more accurate audits, according to the announcement.

“Saving time is just as important to car buyers in Europe as it is in this country. With AutoMap, anyone at a dealership can find the exact vehicle a customer seeks in seconds, helping to increase customer satisfaction while streamlining the sales process,” Sargeant said.
