The Reynolds and Reynolds Co. announced the keynote speakers and workshop details for its upcoming Reynolds Retail Summit: Amplify 2025. This year’s keynote panel will discuss how to enable teams to do more with less and unlock their potential with strategies designed to increase productivity and efficiency.
“Despite significant technological advancements, dealerships are faced with a growing problem. As dealership operations become more complex, more tools are added to solve single issues. Employees can be overwhelmed by the number of tools and processes they are forced to use to get their job done,” said Reynolds President and acting CEO Chris Walsh. “The distinguished keynote panelists joining us at Amplify will dig into what dealerships can and need to do to help their employees move faster and sell more.”
The keynote panel kicks off day two of the summit and features Natasha del Barrio, CEO of Bert Ogden Auto Group; Patrick York, COO of Gillman Cos.; and Inga Maurer, senior partner at McKinsey & Co.
Del Barrio has built a career centered on leadership, strategic growth, and community impact, with experience in the financial sector, holding pivotal roles at Citi Group and JP Morgan Chase. Her strategic thinking and leadership in financial services earned her a reputation as a subject matter expert, with notable contributions to profitability enhancement and cross-functional training initiatives. She was named to her current role in 2017 after getting her start in the automotive retail business as a high schooler working part time as a marketing assistant. She now oversees operations of 25 dealerships, driving the company’s strategic vision with a focus on operational efficiency, accountability and ethical leadership.
York is responsible for the overall performance of all Gillman dealerships. Under his leadership, it has continued to be named a top-125 Dealership Group by Automotive News. Multiple dealerships have earned their prestigious manufacturer award for superior customer service and sales, including Honda President's Award & Masters Circle, Subaru Stellar Care Award, Chevrolet Mark of Excellence, Mitsubishi Diamond Circle of Excellence and Acura Precision Team Award.
Maurer leads McKinsey’s automotive retail and after-market service line in North America. Her work focuses on growth strategy and a broad range of strategy and performance transformation topics for companies across the entire automotive retail ecosystem.
In addition to the keynote panelists, nine educational workshops will be available at Amplify ’25, each designed to share best practices or highlight innovative ways of approaching challenges. Guests will go beyond just hearing that something works by learning how it works and what they will need to do to implement it at their dealership.
The workshops scheduled for Amplify ’25 are:
Unify Your Data for Faster Sales
Raising the Vehicle Management Stakes
Smarter Service Starts Here: How Advisors Can Get the Most from Their Tools
The Power of Video: Transforming MPI Reports into Sales Tools
AI in Action: Three Practical Applications of AI in Automotive Dealerships

Fast-tracking Vehicle Sales in Accounting
“Working together in a collaborative way to better understand the challenges that dealerships face and how to seize opportunity when it presents itself, as well as what those opportunities look like, is what our workshops are built around,” Walsh said. “They give them the tools and knowledge to positively impact their bottom line.”
