CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. Automotive Compliance Consultants (ACC) announced that its business was up 12 percent for 2011, with 50 new dealership clients added in the last six months of the year.

“Dealer principals are recognizing that compliance services are a proactive business investment,” said Terry Dortch, ACC president. “Certainly, compliance audits should be more than triage for unexpected OSHA, EEOC or Truth-in-Lending audits or legal actions.”

As part of Automotive Compliance Consultant’s total market approach, it recently added warranty audits to its portfolio of services and credit report downloads from Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. This new bureau service is offered at no dealer mark-up charges and makes available all credit-related documents, including the new FTC Model Privacy Notice, Risk-Based Pricing and Adverse Action notices, according to the company.
