DEARBORN, Mich. — Digital engagement provider ChannelNet has enhanced its software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform with advanced personalization features that help companies streamline business-to-business (B2B) marketing, sales and customer service functions in a secure, real-time online portal, the company announced.

ChannelNet’s highly scalable, patented SiteBuilder software platform now offers an advanced integrated portal that enables companies to operate more efficiently and cost effectively. Extensive customization options enable multiple business divisions to communicate seamlessly internally as well as externally with vendors, customers, and other third parties, while maintaining brand identity and security. The open architecture platform integrates easily with a company’s existing applications, systems and proprietary technology, all according to Paula Tompkins, the company’s CEO.

“Most B2B portals miss the mark when it comes to optimizing a business user’s experience,” Tompkins said. “Our new B2B platform addresses the needs of today’s business professionals who demand instantaneous information organized around their usage patterns that includes fully integrated functionality. A typical business-to-business relationship has multiple stakeholders all with very different needs. ChannelNet’s technology enables them to transact and manage their relationship within a dynamic, multichannel marketplace.”
